WELCOME TO
KENNEL VIMAX
AND OUR RARE BREED THE DANDIE DINMONT TERRIER

Our prefix stands for beautiful dogs in a sound, healthy body with good temperaments.

We got our first Dandie Dinmont Terrier in 1984. Breeding and showing is our hobby and therefor we do not get puppies every year. Our litters are carefully planned and we work together with people in other countries, i.e Australia, USA & Sweden.

The Dandie Dinmont Terrier is a rare breed which can be taking back to the year about 1700th. Today it is a dog which looks almost the same as it did at that time. In the begining they were called "Mustard" and "Pepper" as their colours but the name "Dandie Dinmont " they got from a caracter in Sir Walter Scott's famous history "Guy Mannering"
